Refund & Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds for consultations and products.
Rescheduling
If you cannot attend, inform us at least 24 hours in advance and your consultation will be rescheduled at no cost.
Cancellations
If you cancel before the consultation has started and no report work has begun, a refund can be requested within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Completed services
Consultations that have taken place and reports that have been delivered are not refundable.
Products
Gemstones and crystals can be returned unused within 7 days of delivery, in original condition with the certificate, where applicable.
